We always wanted to buy a new-build but settled on this 2006 built that fit our budget and with the hope that we can make it "new" with minimal investment. It was hard to find a contractor to work with you for a limited budget and with a tight schedule. Praveen is so easy to reach and so easy to work with and he even accompanied us during one of the home inspections prior to closing. This turned out to be a great idea as we outlined the stuff that we needed to be done at the house and ordered time-sensitive material ahead of time so that Praveen and his team can hit the ground running the moment we got the keys. With input from Praveen, we replaced the entire flooring upstairs with carpet and with luxury vinyl tiles, replaced baseboards and painted the house and viola, a week later, we entered into a brand new home and the beauty is that we still stayed within our budget. The workmanship of Praveen's team is second to none as they take ownership of every project and the team works as if the house is their own. We hired Praveen and his team to do a ton of repairs on the outside of our house as well as our stucco fence and paint our house. They also did a lot of stucco repair on our house and fence. They did a phenomenal job. They had a very tight deadline to work with and as we were planning a party and needed everything completed before then. They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job!

We recently had our master bath remodeled by Custom Creative. It consisted of removing the tub and existing shower as well as a large window. Custom Creative came highly recommended by a trusted friend who had used them for a large kitchen/dining room remodel. Everyone in the company lived up to our every expectation from the owner, Praveen, down to every craftsman that was part of the project. Linda was very helpful in our design phase, selection of materials and making sure all details were taken care of. We enjoyed working with her. The project required leveling out the shower floor to make it a walk-in for easy access. Jesus was an excellent craftsman, very particular to make sure the tiling was just perfect. Everyone was so respectful and courteous . We also appreciated that at the end of every work day all areas were cleaned up and tools stored away. We now have a beautiful master bath that we are so proud to show off to friends, and would highly recommend Custom Creative to anyone needing their services. I should also mention that we were on a bit of a tight timeline and they kept their promise of getting the job finished by the deadline.

We recently purchased our lovely (10-year-old) home in Surprise. While almost perfect as-is, we wanted to do something special for ourselves that would make sense as we age by remodeling the master bathroom. We decided that the existing jetted tub would not be used often, and we didn't care for the small, glass shower stall that lacked privacy and was already in need of repair.
