Custom Creative Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom shower from a small snail-shaped to a beautiful spacious shower. The workers were always on time, were very meticulous, and even cleaned up after themselves well. The quality of the workmanship, especially by the guys who installed the tile was amazing. I chose 48 x 24 inch tile which was extremely heavy and difficult to work with, they took their time and were very precise with the installation. We even had an exposed pipe that had to have tile baseboard go over it, they figured out the fix by filing the back of the tile, you’d never know we had the problem. I was able to constantly contact them with questions and I believe I always had an answer the same day. It was pricey but that’s because of the products I chose. We had Custom Creative remodel our 3 other showers 2 years ago, and with each one we’ve been pleased. I highly recommend them.

We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and house entryway (removal and addition of walls/windows) along with a replacement of over 1100 Sq ft of dated saltillo tile flooring, 2 bathroom upgrades and a refacing of a fireplace. The team did an excellent job in designing the new space; insuring not only engineering integrity but creation of a functionally rich new working kitchen/bar area space with a wonderful new color palette that works for the entire house. They provided a detailed line item breakdown of all the work done and including design change orders that we made along the way. The workers were top notch craftsman who delivered high quality work from floor & backsplash tiling, countertop fabrication, new electrical, framing, drywall, texturing, plumbing, etc. The guys were always on time and each day the job site was left clean after working. Communication with everyone involved who came to the house was easy and effective. A++ grade performance!!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We were in search of a new home but due to the sky rocketing prices, we decided to do some upgrades to our current home. We heard about Custom creative through word of mouth and we couldn't be more happier with the choice. From the moment we met till the completion of the work, Praveen was there all the time guiding us through the decisions and he planned the construction with minimal impact to our normal routine. We replaced our carpet with wood plank tiles and installed back-splash tile in our kitchen. I still remember the numerous trips he made along with us to different stores in picking a right tile that we liked and that fits within our budget. He went above and beyond to make us happy as we changed our mind on the color for electrical outlets after the installation. When we said that we did not quite like the color we picked after installation, he asked his electrician to come back to our house to swap all the outlet plates at no additional cost to us. In short, we highly recommend Praveen and his team to anyone in a heartbeat.

I have a small townhouse in Scottsdale AZ. Built in 1987, it needed a makeover to bring it up to modern standards. I hired Custom Creative after interviewing 3 contractors. Praveen and Haleigh came to my home, took photos and measurements and came up with a price. The other bidders did not go to that same level of effort. Bid was very competitive, but what convinced me to hire them was their enthusiasm for the project. I offered several ideas of my own and they were receptive to my input. Project began and Praveen stayed in-touch throughout process. His crew was very courteous, answering any questions I had. They would ask for clarification if something was unclear and cleaned up after each day's tasks. Project is now complete and I'm delighted with result. Praveen's attention to detail, his honesty, integrity and thoroughness kept project moving forward. His crew even did a few things not in the contract because they wanted to be sure it was "done right" and "up to code." My experience with Praveen and Haleigh was very positive. Haleigh helped choose materials and colors and worked with several different suppliers to keep costs within my budget. High marks also go to his crews with a special recognition to Jesus, Luis, Cesar, Manny and their assistants for their expertise and hard work. It is always a difficult decision to choose a contractor but I heartily recommend Custom Creative. I'm sure you will find working with Praveen a positive experience. I’ve used Custom Creative 3 times and on all occasions, I’ve been very happy with the results. The first time I used them was for a kitchen remodel. The second time was for a master bathroom remodel and the third time was for an interior paint job for the entire house. Custom Creative Remodeling was an excellent company to work with. They were perfect with their timing and getting the job done. The gentleman who installed the kitchen tiles did superb, high quality and precision work. The counter top installers were great, fast and did excellent, high quality work. The installer of the floor tile did wonderful, perfectly fitting work. His finishing of the tiles was and still is excellent. Haleigh Lueders was impressive with her design knowledge and solutions to potential design problems. We could not have asked for better. She also has excellent taste and comes up with great, very creative suggestions. She was a jewel to work with, especially in regards to the selection of tiles, color schemes for the tiles, the selection of the beautiful sink, its color, etc. Art Herrera was excellent and a perfect project manager. His broad knowledge with all aspects of the work to be done in the remodeling process is impressive. He was great examining and inspecting the workers' execution of work. We felt very well taken care of by Art and developed mutual trust right away. Both Haleigh and Art were most helpful, friendly, forthcoming and exceeded our expectations. They are rare individuals in terms of their work ethic, precision, reliability and quality of work expectations. Custom Creative Remodeling should never let them leave for other employment. There were two problem areas: The reverse osmosis water filter installer (plumber) did something wrong. We had leaks. The electrician made several connection mistakes (with the kitchen outlets) in the kitchen creating shorts in several outlets and the corresponding circuit. Personally I would not hire this electrician. We used our own electrician to fix this.

Custom Creative Remodeling truly exceeded my expectations! I relied on Haleigh for design since that’s not my forte, and I was very happy with and took her initial idea. The entire team was a pleasure to have working on my project. Jose did an amazing job on the herringbone tile work (there was a lot of it), Rudy kept the construction as tidy as possible, Manny painted everything beautifully and Jesus was very efficient and detailed with the electrical work. The quality of it all is just outstanding. This team finished the project on schedule and it’s everything I had wanted! I highly recommend!
